The ambience is amazing, I love the view especially at night time. The whole place is wide and has its own parking space. You can choose whether to stay near the order booth or go up that has 2 portions where you can enjoy their live acoustic band performance. I'm not quite sure if that's on a daily basis that they perform at the venue or just on weekends. The place offers different varieties of food & drinks. I love the nachos but with the drinks sorry to say that the taste actually did not pass my tastebuds. This place is very accessible since it is just located in front of the College of Holy Spirit in San Sebastian Tarlac along the road
We stayed in Tarlac for two weeks visiting family and we came upon Cafe Wagon. Freshly brewed coffee. Excellent variety of drinks but not so overwhelming were it’s difficult to choose. Nice location and ambiance, with an excellent customer service. It’s a great place for the young and old to meet and converse. I had ice white chocolate mocha and a blue berry cheesecake which was delicious. I would definitely recommend it.
The Café Wagon is located in front of the College of Holy Spirit Tarlac. It serves tasty drinks such as coffee, lattè, and a variety of juices. The place is really beautiful especially during night time.
